The Opportunity

As the Divisional Inventory Planning manager you will be responsible for managing the inventory planning function across our Dairy and Bakery operations. This will be based on requirements from SAP/APO in line with sales forecasts and the business master schedule. The role will involve overseeing the inventory planning department across various locations ensuring that all manufacturing service levels are adhered to. Interfacing with central purchasing, finance, manufacturing sales, warehousing, information technology, marketing, QPD and outbound logistics functions. You will therefore be an accomplished Senior Inventory planner with significant FMCG experience in a blue chip environment

Candidates without the following will not be considered
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in an FMCG inventory planning capacity
Preference for experience in Blue Chip FMCG multi SKU environment
Expert Knowledge of SAP APO R/3 or other high level MRP ERP Systems

This is a complex and time sensitive operation across several locations. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre or with relevant professional qualifications within supply chain or purchasing /operations management
