The role
To develop, organise, conduct and statistically analyse all new product development from inception through to marketable product. Reporting into the Divisional Product Development Manger the role will responsible for managing product development mangers their team managers and lab staff. Ideally you will have gained your experience within the following food processing environments: Dairy, any flavor additive environment, soups & sauces, ready meals, biscuit/cake bakery operations.
You will have a degree within a food related discipline and ideally have worked within a similar capacity for the last 3-5 years
This position is likely to suit a senior product development manager or product development manager with strategic and operational experience. Food scientists with sensory and texture testing and strong statistical analytical experience will also be considered
