Your Role – Help Us Recruit over 7,000 people in 2011!

1. To take a leading role in achieving or exceeding the monthly average of new employees to be recruited for the Divisions [Sales/Operations/Farming/ Corporate/ Bakeries/Poultry etc] you are assigned to as Recruitment Manager

2.. To manage, control and administer the overseas and local recruitment and selection activities in order to attract the right candidate that meets business requirements, by effective manpower planning, effective communication and coordination with internal & external customers and recruitment sources as well, in addition to developing HR recruitment & selection process.

3. To take a leading role in identifying, improving and implementing new systems for the department..

4. To take charge of the Recruitment Department, in the absence of the Group Recruitment Manager.

5. Along with the Group Recruitment Manager, take responsibility for Identifying the correct Visa numbers, job titles and nationalities required to cover the annual needs of Almarai.

Your Experience:

Working experience not less than 7 years in Recruitment or HR related function. Ideally you will have worked as an ‘in house’ recruiter handling volume recruitment or as an external Recruitment Agency Manager with high volume team targets and tough KPI’s to achieve.
Ideally your recruitment experience will be broad ranging and not restricted to one profession. We have over 600 job titles/ functions and you need to be adaptable to handle any role that needs to be filled.. You will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and a multi tasker and comfortable handling volume recruitment. In 2010 we recruited over 5,500 people. Many came from Recruitment Trips in Philipinnes, India, Sri Lanka,Kenya and Nepal. Needless to say you will need to be a strong planner/ organiser to help ensure the success of future trips.Our Managers come from over 42 countries and their sourcing and selection will also be a key part of your role.
