Applications are now invited from graduate professionals with 10 – 12 years post qualification managerial experience gained in the following specialization:-
Comprehensive Organization Development Management including major HR turnkey projects- Compensation & benefits involving salary surveys and Job analysis, design, evaluation and grading in large complex organizations, such as ourselves. Experience in acquisitions and joint Ventures and prior experience of Hay or Mercer techniques would be very advantageous.
Prior Middle East/GCC experience would be ideal but is not essential, as would be experience in the C&B integration of acquired companies into the host group.
