Description

This position will be responsible for coordination of routine procurement activities for multiple locations within a single business with less complex procurement requirements, including executing procurement transaction processes and inventory/procurement records, providing location procurement support and planning, managing supplier events and relationships, and implementing sourcing strategies. Also accountable for invoice resolution activities.


70% Manage and execute procurement processes

  • Create requisitions from requests from local teams

  • Convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order

  • Vendor communication and Purchase Order confirmation

  • Invoice resolution


10% Assist with vendor data management and setup requests


10% Provide basic data analysis on procurement processes


10% Other duties and special projects

Qualifications

Required

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • At least 2 years' experience in procurement processes (purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, etc.)

  • Sound analytical and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to establish common processes

  • Strong math skills and minimum general accounting knowledge

  • Enjoys fast paced environment and flexible to change

  • Experience working with SharePoint

Preferred

  • SAP Experience

  • IT skills (intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Excel)

  • Knowledge of the business CFN US Business
