POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This key management position plays a leadership role by providing management with accurate and timely financial information and analyses, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve business performance. This position operates as a co-pilot and manages, controls and optimizations MOGE (Marketing and Other General Expense) White Collar or Headquarter costs.

Key areas of responsibility include financial planning and analysis of Headquarter support costs, decision support to improve overall performance in our Headquarters costs, and NiM controllership of shared service charges to other NiM operating companies. Ensures integrity of all system postings related to Marketing General, Other General and Globe IS/IT lines of the P&L. In addition, ensure the allocations of these costs to the businesses are appropriate and in compliance with the Costing Standards for White Collar costs from Vevey, GAR.

This leadership position provides strategic long-term financial guidance and champions or creates a vision for change. This person will partner with the strategic business unit / function to maximize performance throughout the organization. Provides leadership in actively coaching and developing team members. Ensures cross-functional team compliance with internal, external and operational audit requirements.

This position must develop an advanced level of knowledge of the costing standards for White Collar (CSW) cost allocations and well as NAS and costing standards guidelines and methodology including driver data and allocation tools to ensure compliance. It will be responsible for the reporting & analysis of pre-allocated MOGE costs to the business partners during the annual budget, monthly Dynamic Forecast, and Period End Close processes. This position would also be responsible for the overall PEC process for the SOCM team.

In addition, this manager will be responsible for the on-going vendor relationships and overall Financial project focus for the Mobile Expense Management Tool and the Contingent Worker Support Tool. Management of other projects in the MOGE area will be assigned as required.

KEY OUTPUTS:

Own the White Collar Costing Standards (CSW) for the US16 Companies (NUSA, NN, NP) including compliance, interpretation and implementation of the standards.

Ensure the company wide cost center structures and master data is in alignment with the CSW.

Analyze and control Nestle USA white collar costs and drive improved performance including risks and opportunities, and savings opportunities.

Manage the budgeting and forecasting of white collar costs to identify improvements to process and transparency.

Incorporate the management of Whte Collar costs in the Business Service Models.

Actively lead, coach and develop direct reports.

Management the Mobile Expense Management Tool and the finance focus of the Contingent Worker Support Tool.


REQUIREMENTS:

- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or the equivalent required

- CPA, CMA or MBA or preferred

- 5-8 years work experience in Finance
