The Vertuo Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for the development and seamless execution of the go-to-market plans for the Nespresso Vertuo System in the US Market. As a key strategic brand lead for our Vertuo system, this position is responsible for the planning, development, and analysis of the Vertuo platform ensuring all programming initiatives are aligned cross-functionally, both internally and externally with our core business growth targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a strong end-to-end acquisition plan for the leading growth system in our market including strategic recommendation, development, and execution across our top channels and key target audiences

  • Manage the execution of the ideal go-to-market strategy leveraging both consumer insights and HQ innovation planning

  • Lead the development of the US Vertuo communication plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams and enabling a flawless in-market execution

  • Regularly participate in cross-functional meetings communicating marketing plans and preparing key stakeholders for upcoming programming launches

  • Evaluate KPI performance to provide recommended solutions to increase channel growth and performance


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University required

  • Degree in fields such as Marketing and/or Business preferred

  • 3 years Brand Management experience required

  • 3 years creative agency management experience preferred

  • Experience in a multi-national, cross-channel environment preferred

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Ability to work independently with limited direction

  • Strong communication skills, both speaking and written

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
