POSITION SUMMARY: 

 

The Documentation Specialist is responsible for the ownership of the IT tools and processes used to manage product recipes, ingredients, and packaging data. Responsibilities of this role will The right candidate for this position will span across administrative, IT, and document control to support the TAG Technologists and Specialists.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Maintain the accurate input of data into current formulation systems, government labels and production recipe and bill of materials for brands such as Lean Cuisine and Stouffer brands.

 

Initiate and route SAP workflow for phantom/wip material codes used in the bill of materials maintenance.

 

Initiate and coordinate the Engineering Change Management process for bill of materials (BOM) post dating maintenance.

 

Maintain skills and personal improvement through completion of appropriate training


REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

 

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

 

Prior experience with record keeping

Prior experience with multiple systems

Prior experience with SAP

Familiar with recipe formats

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Detail oriented

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processing systems

Ability to work independently and without supervision

Ability to communicate effectively

Excellent organizational skills
