The Customer Solutions Specialist will be responsible for all Supply Chain functions within a geographic area for Cargill Deicing Technology customers. This position coordinates all aspects of the supply chain to service customers. The functions included in this process are: preparing and processing bids, taking orders, updating and maintaining cost files, handling freight and terminal payments, monitoring inventory according to plans, coordinating carrier/shipment, and solving customer and vendor issues. This position will have an impact on shipments from salt mines within the region, distribution for eight terminals in four states, and responsibility for bids.
This position is located in North Olmsted, OH.

Order taking and processing 25%
Supply Chain Coordination (freight, inventory, costs, dispatch, and accounts payable) 25%
System support and provides problem resolution 15%
Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 10%
•High school diploma/GED equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of customer service, bid processing, or transportation experience OR a Bachelor's Degree
•Excellent communication skills; by telephone and interpersonal
•Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Excel
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines and peak demand periods
•Strong analytical skills and ability
•Strong customer focus
•SAP knowledge and/or experience
•Demonstrated problem solving skills
