We are currently seeking a Supply Planner reporting to the Sr. Manager, Supply Planning.
This position will be responsible for supporting customer service level by ensuring product availability at ReadyRefresh branches. Also, will manage the supply planning for all product lines by working closely with marketing, supply chain and transportation teams.

 

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Create and control planning schedules that are aligned with regional/national forecast requirements to support customer service levels

  • Provide sales history trends & insights to support forecasting for key product lines

  • Support Bad Goods (inventory shrinkage & damage) P&L by managing days on hand targets appropriately and identifying depletion plans for products as needed

  • Support escalation issues related to product availability, factory production and participate in Sales, Inventory & Operations planning calls for the region as required

  • Support SKU rationalization efforts 

Key measures for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Out of Stocks (customer order fulfillment) & Inventory days on Hand

  • Forecast accuracy

  • Expiration as percentage of damages, Order Accuracy (stock transfer orders vs. forecast)


Key qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:

  • College degree required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing/logistics environment
  • 1-2 years experience in demand & supply planning
  • Experience in working with forecasting tools and principles
  • Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement Experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, ability to influence others not under direct control
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel, SAP and APO skills required
  • Experience applying safe work methods and understanding of 5S principles
