The Nestle Nespresso Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless on-boarding of our business clientele and providing administrative and customer support to our Sales Teams and Sales Management.

Responsibilities:

• Process and compile data pertaining to the company's direct and indirect end users through multiple databases and systems
• Review and process all machine contracts and purchase orders (POs)
• Fulfill Demo supply and event requests from sales Force
• Act as point of contact for escalations pertaining to Accounts Payable, TQM, Warehouse and Supply Chain
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system upgrade enhancements and market software initiatives
• Assist in managing stock coverage and to identify problematic stock areas and develop process to resolve situations
• Assist the B2B Sales Operations Manager with special projects and reports as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred
• At least 2 years' experience of customer service required, in a commercial B2B environment preferred
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
