Position Purpose

The Business Support Associate will work very closely with the production facility and will also work with Consultants on Customer concerns/issues/complaints. They may also work with outbound trucking companies who deliver our products, have an understanding how to invoice and place orders. This position should command a high ownership of their responsibilities.

Principal Accountabilities

30% Reconciling daily production & quality procedures

20% Develop & maintain usage reports, spreadsheets & inventory control programs

15% Feed safety quality and regulatory monitoring & coordination

10% Coordination & logging of ingredients and supplies

10% Work with plant manager to ensure location needs are met

5% Order office supplies & oversee office equipment needs

10% Filing & misc back-up responsibilities

** 20 hours per week **



  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Strong people skills

  • Team player with strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and proven written and verbal communication skills and a solid work ethic.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs.

  • Strong math skills and minimum general accounting knowledge.

  • Enjoys fast paced environment and flexible to change.

  • Problem solving skills.


  • Agricultural background

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Strong independent and team work behaviors

  • Knowledge of the business and NIS

  • Experience working with SharePoint and SAP.
