Cargill Fort Morgan has an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Shift Fabrication Quality Assurance Technician. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all products produced in the Fort Morgan facility meet customer specifications and expectations. This position is also responsible for holding the facility to food safety requirements and regulations.
Starting Rate: $14.90/Hour and Upon Qualification: $16.55/Hour

What is a QA? Quality assurance (QA) is meant to prevent mistakes or defects. A QA technician, often referred to as a “QA,” will perform checks, document inspections and verify that specifications are being met. All deficiencies are to be documented, appropriate actions taken and appropriate personnel notified. A QA has an active role in the production process and works on the production floor as a team member. A QA will indicate any defects, note remedies and when necessary will stop the line to ensure a remedy is performed satisfactorily. A QA promotes employee safety, food safety and productivity.
Evenings approximately 2:30 pm to 11:45 pm. Weekends and overtime may be required.
