This position is a Regional Sales Account manager for Cargill Dielectric Fluids. This role is focused on the NorthEast region of the US. The Regional Sales Manager oversees market specific agents and drives end user application specification changes to Cargill Dielectric Fluids.
This role will require over 50% travel.
50%- Responsible for assigned territory end user Cargill Dielectric Fluid specification change.
20%- Market growth in relation to end user usage of Cargill Dielectric Fluids
15%- Manage Territory Participation in conferences, exhibitions and drive participation on agendas.
10%- Service Center and Authorized Reseller Territory volume growth over prior years
5%- Synthetic Ester volume increase from prior year

- Bachelor of Science - Engineering preferred
- Ten or more years of sales experience
- Three or more years sales experience with Power Utilities.
- Experience managing >$15M in annual sales
- Experience with developing and managing independent manufacture representatives.
- Experience with CRM relationship platforms such as Salesforce.com
- Preferred MBA
- Preferred sales experience in the North American IEEE Transformer Committee
- Experience with liquid filled transformers and/or switchgear
