Cargill Feed & Nutrition
Cargill Feed & Nutrition develops, manufactures and markets a broad range of animal feeds and customized animal nutrition solutions direct to producers and through dealers in more than 25 countries. The business sells branded products in many species segments, including:
- Pet food
The majority of product is sold through the Cargill®, Nutrena® and non-U.S. Purina® brands. Additional products are sold under the Loyall® pet food brand and Promote® feed additives brand. Commercial agricultural feed is sold in different forms such as concentrate and complete feed.
The business also includes CAN Technologies Inc., which provides technical services, technology licensing, software and management services to both internal and external customers.
Responsible for processing customer orders, scheduling deliveries, monitoring production concerns and communicating with customers. Works with customers, production and marketing to timely respond to and resolve customer complaints.
Customer Account Coordinators (CAC) are also involved in the peripheral activities associated with these core activities and operating a customer focused business.
CACs provide a key role to our business. They do a variety of customer facing activities like:
Responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders, including coordination with vendors, sales, customer service representatives, billing representatives, warehouses and shippers.
Resolving escalated or difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
Works closely with other departments, such as sales and production, to resolve issues on client service.
Provide proactive communication with customers and clients via telephone, email, or regular mail.
In some locations arranges shipment of requested items, goods, or merchandise.
Process incoming orders
Schedule delivery of orders with transportation companies
Ongoing communication with customers
Receive and process customer complaints
Monitor switchboard for incoming calls
Other duties as delegated by office management
- Basic Computer skills in MS Office
- 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal & external customers
- Strong and quick decision maker
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Knowledge of the business and NIS
- Agricultural Background
- B.S. or B.A.
