Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the business including, sales, marketing, R&D, manufacturing, customer service and logistics to represent Cargill at the customer interface to build relationships and trust, as well as, increase the breadth and depth of Cargill's business solutions for multiple markets and opportunities. This position will be directly involved with marketing and new product assessments and introductions. This position is responsible for new product development from idea generation to full implementation with potential customers, to the closing of the sales contract. This position is responsible for setting the vision and coordinating the execution of the growth strategy to grow and enhance the volume, margin, and revenue for the BiOH polyol business. . This person will participate in industry trade organizations and be an asset to customers and the industry through market knowledge. Primary markets this individual will develop BiOH polyols business will be in the categories of coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers as well as automotive, bedding and furniture flexible foams. This position is also responsible for marketing activities including strategy development, brand management, communication plans, and solutions processes; including pull through marketing, end consumer marketing, press communications, retail training, website, and social media updates.

Principal Accountabilities:

50% Develop new business opportunities for the BiOH polyol product portfolio.

25% Deliver growth to the category through innovation and customer insights.

15% Maintain and grow customer relationship.

10% Provide marketing & strategic leadership to deliver financial results.
