This position will provide key support through the implementation, administration and maintenance of business tools inclusive of Nespresso Trade Tool (NTT), Demonstration Portal, and Aurora in support of the Field Sales Team.


NTT
NTT Support Process Management
• Daily batch check in Nessoft (POS creation, sales quote processing)
• Approval process in NTT (POS validation, order management)
• US Market performance communication with HQ NTT Team
• Provide market tool improvement suggestions to HQ NTT Team
• Ticket management (raise and follow-up, mass change management, user maintenance)
Tool Administration
• Point of sales (hierarchy maintenance, classification, free goods quotas)
• Products (creation, product list maintenance, price list maintenance)
• Surveys & Tasks (create and maintain)
• Sales Quotes (stock id, delivery mode, movement code maintenance)
• US Market reporting to senior management
New Releases
• NTT release management (participate on release call, communicate and train end-users, translate training materials as necessary
• Perform MAT (Market Acceptance Tests) as necessary
• NTT new user trainer for US Market

DEMO PORTAL
• Understands/learns about the importance of the demo program to Trade and Nespresso
• Administrative user-access and subject matter expert for the tool in the market
• Supports the users with tool access, sales incentive management, maintenance of machine ranges, overview of statistics and reporting.
• Raise tickets and communicate regularly with HQ (via JIRA, etc.)
• Run 409 POS lists and upload to NDP
• Create briefs and manage updates to meet the needs of the sales team
• Conduct agency/demo spot checks
• Demo Agency contact for set-up, support, and questions
• Provide general support and training to the Field Sales Team as needed
• Participate in pilot and ultimately implement new HQ Global Demo Tool to Trade team

AURORA
• Market contact for end-to-end process regarding the app (from installation to execution - field internally)
• Analyzes performance of the app in the market and takes action to close the gaps
• Shares knowledge with demo agencies to ensure the demonstrators have what is necessary to be operational in the app and execute on strategy (customer experience, member registration, coffee sales)
• Ensure resource presence for the scheduled testing sessions
• Tests and provides feedback on next version of app
• Uses tool management, analytical tools, and demo portal to provide reporting to field team.
• Work closely with Project Owner to implement, drive, and monitor usage to OP objectives and KPI's
• Communicate regularly with local IT team/ HQ / Demo Agencies / Demonstrators
• Coordinate iPad order requests with IT for upcoming expansions
• Communicate any iOS updates with National Sales Managers and demo agencies
• Troubleshoot technical issues via MDM Back Office
• Submit tickets via JIRA on behalf of US market
• Make necessary changes on Demo Portal (i.e.: incentives by agency/ adding and removing products)


Education:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience:
• 2 years working in Retail Operations, Retail Trade Support, or Project Management • Strong analytical skills with sales data
• Has a commercial mindset
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Possesses technical affinity
• Exceptional planning and project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and trade
• Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic & Self-motivated
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Database Management software a plus
• Experience working with luxury brands
• Occasional travel 1%
