NHSc is looking for a change agent and ecommerce business builder that can think outside the retail box to deliver a transformational ecommerce business. We want to set the tone for ecommerce for all of NHSc globally and be a bright spot for Nestle. In this position you will have ownership of Nestlé Health Science's US e-commerce activities, as well as strategic input into the e-commerce activities of Canada and Mexico, with a goal of reaching aggressive growth targets. Major responsibilities include holistic management of nestlenutritionstore.com, working with Sales team to develop and execute programs with key e-tailers (e.g. Amazon, Walmart.com), identifying opportunities for e-commerce expansion, management of fulfillment vendor, development and execution of annual marketing plans, demand generation, competitive/market analysis and management of the P&L.

Primary Responsibilities:

Internal Champion and Resource

  • Create and foster digital culture in line with Regional and Global strategies

  • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to implement commerce-related functions on brand websites and to coordinate PPC activities between brand sites and e-commerce sites

  • Work with brand teams to identify and implement commerce-related opportunities that will drive business

Competitive/Market Analysis

  • Evaluate industry trends, competitive situation, customer feedback, technological advances and marketing requirements

Annual Marketing Plan and Budget

  • Develop and execute the annual e-commerce plan against aggressive growth targets

  • Manage e-commerce marketing budget and P&L

  • Track and communicate sales performance against plan

Demand Generation & E-Commerce Acceleration

  • Direct testing opportunities, evaluation of new tactics, implementation of e-CRM programs, and all search/media activities related to e-commerce

  • Partner with Sales team to identify, develop, execute, and evaluate e-tailer programs (i.e. Amazon, Walmart.com, Jet.com)

  • Monitor for and address unauthorized sellers online

  • Drive Ratings & Reviews strategy

  • Lead the launch of products that will be available online first

E-Commerce Platform Execution

  • Manage e-store operations, vendor management and merchandising programs

  • Coordinate activities of cross functional stakeholders supporting e-store including IT, Consumer Response, external vendors and fulfillment house


Education and Experience:

  • Graduate degree in business/MBA and/or equivalent business experience

  • Demonstrated track record of accomplishments in E-Commerce, both with e-store and third-party e-commerce partners

  • 3 years of related experience
