Senior Manager KS&OP (Snacks/Cereals Cluster)
Lead with us by joining our European Sales team in the role of Senior Manager KS&OP (Snacks/Cereals Cluster) Revenue Management. In this role you will develop and executes standard tools, capabilities, methodologies & governance for European Pricing, Promotions, & Trade Investment. You will take great pride in creating competitive advantage through activation of Revenue Management across Europe.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as Senior Manager KS&OP (Snacks/Cereals Cluster) you will be part of our success by:
- Lead, develop, and ensure execution of S&OP process (including Market Planning Alignment, Market Sufficiency Meeting, MC3, CSAM) that supports the Category Business Unit and Clusters in their related S&OP processes;
- Leads setting common visibility of sales forecasting and analysis across the NE Business Unit;
- Drives problem solving and identifies risks & opportunities with cross-functional partners. Drives consensus on the long-term outlook of the business and makes recommendations to Category leadership team
- Develop relationships with BU and Sales constituents. Acts as primary point-of-contact and Cluster liaison for category S&OP process;
- Leads optimization of sales information systems (SIS), partnership with Information Technology on design, development and execution of sales reporting tools;
- Support the annual budget development process by ensuring delivery of essential data and tools needed for the Cluster and Category planning process;
- - Provide support & guidance to Clusters on S&OP best practice and new platforms;
- - Leadership for 1 KS&OP manager NE.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

- Significant experience in managing processes that span multiple functions in FMCG companies
- Analytical expert with financial acumen/experience;
- Sales knowledge highly desirable, understanding of demand planning tools and processes;
- A strong understanding of planning/forecasting, and reporting systems and processes is highly preferable;
- Excellent communication & influencing skills combined with strong leadership skills and ability to drive results through others in cross functional teams;
- Solid technical skills (SAP systems and Excel expertise).
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Whilst the role is based at out Head Quarters in Manchester there will be frequent travelling with the need to stay away overnight on occasion.
