Inside Sales Representative
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales professional to join there dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative takes pride in providing exceptional service to each customer who walks in the door. You must be outgoing, passionate about the foodservice industry and committed to exceeding customers' expectations.
- Providing all commercial and residential customers with exceptional customer service; this includes actively listening, educating them on our products and offering solutions
- Participating in promotional activities (e.g. demonstrations, special events, tradeshows, etc.)
- Continuously Improving product knowledge through participation in online and in-person training sessions
- Ensuring all product is unpacked, priced and displayed in the appropriate location
- Accurately invoicing customers and processing cash, Visa, MasterCard and Amex transactions
- Supporting our sales team
- Counting inventory to ensure stock levels are accurate
- Someone with experience MEAT in the foodservice industry looking to sell products they know
- A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with others
- A customer service oriented problem solver that works well in a team environment
- An organizer with a strong eye for detail
- A positive thinker who can remain positive in stressful situations
