Responsibilities:

§ Supervise Record-To-Report (R2R) process and R2R team

§ Point of contact for implementation of changes & enhancements to R2R process

§ End responsible for first-line operational support, addresses emergencies and escalated issues

§ Responsible for delivering service level agreement

§ Provide coaching  

 

Expectations:

§ Master degree in Finance, Accounting, similar field or equivalent by experience 

§ At least > 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting and managing financial support services

§ Fluent in English

§ Experience as team leader/people management experience, > 3 years, is a must

§ Proven skills in project management, cross-functional

§ Working experience in an international business environment is a plus

§ Strong technical accounting and analytical skills

§ Service-oriented, demonstrates flexibility

§ Strong ability to coach and motivate staff, keen on sharing knowledge, effective communicator

§ High degree of stakeholder management
