We are currently searching for a Sales Director, Switzerland to drive and deliver on our regional sales strategy locally, ensuring that critical and strategic business drivers are known and understood within commercial teams. The role is key to ensuring maximized sales potential and collaborating with marketing to achieve short and medium term objectives in terms of volume, NSV, margin and market share. In addition the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and participating in the maintenance of relationships with strategic customers and actively support the implementation of customer relationship management for existing and new customers in the relevant segments and networks.  

 

The role is also key in directing and managing the Trade Marketing, Brand Development and Carma globals business development teams in order to maximize the individual and team performance and ensuring that commercial goals and achievements are met and exceeded.

Through exemplary leadership, the role holder will ensure the success of the function, providing the necessary level of guidance, training and support to ensure a high performing and motivated team. 

 

 

Education


Candidate should bring:

  • Master degree in Economics, Finance or related
  • Extra degree in Management, Marketing, Finance is a plus
  • + 5 years sales management experience
  • Exemplary leadership skills
  • Proven track record in leading a team
  • Commercial experience in B2B food or food service environment
  • Knowledge or specific business understanding
  • Understanding of Swiss B2B food market
  • Understanding the raw material market (cocoa, …)

 

Languages

Fluency least 2 of the following:

  • German
  • Swiss German
  • English
