Digital Strategist Manager
This individual plays a highly visible and strategic role at Nestle USA, driving digital excellence and business impact in collaboration with Marketing. The Digital Strategist is key in co-piloting total digital strategy (as part of overall marketing plans), integrating current best practices in digital creative development, distribution strategy and paid media, and also carving out new best practices as the digital landscape evolves.
In this role, the Digital Strategist collaborates across internal teams at all levels (junior to senior) and agency partners, and ensures knowledge transfer for both specific brands and a portfolio of brands. This individual will possess successful digital communications strategy (paid, owned and earned) experience, planning leadership, and collaboration skills. This position typically rotates into Brand Marketing.
Digital Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing teams and their agency partners to deliver integrated digital strategies and plans that are differentiated and impactful against brand's objectives, insights and consumer targets. For specific business, portfolio and/or brand assignments, ensure development of comprehensive, efficient, and impactful plans leveraging most effective digital touchpoints, to achieve brand business objectives. Strategies and Plans are developed with intimate understanding of brand, target consumer(s) and their digital interaction across the greater digital landscape. Identify and provide resources and capabilities that enhance Brands' digital effectiveness. Proactively identify brand and portfolio needs for a wide range of stakeholders, from junior to senior and executive level teams. (60%)
Deep Functional Expertise (DFE): Within the Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE), lead an area of expertise (e.g. Search, CRM) and/or strategic partnership (e.g. Pinterest, Facebook, Google). For the given area, share and ensure implementation of best practices, industry leading expertise, new learning, innovation and testing opportunities with brands, and across portfolios. Elevate and accelerate integrated digital capabilities of all brands. Identify and facilitate real-time knowledge across brands and multiple portfolios to increase business results, competency and innovation. For the given area, present and lead education efforts across NUSA. (40%)

5 years of Marketing with strategy, communication, and digital experience (Paid/Owned/Earned)
