Sales Manager Dairy- France

In this role your goal will be to Manage and develop the dairy segment. Reporting to the national sales manager, the main objective is to develop the technical and commercial offer to the customers while getting support from: R&D, Marketing. You will be working from your home office, located in France.

Main responsibilities 

  • Maintain existing and develop new business with current accounts;
  • Identify potential customers within the dairy industry in order to sell ICL solutions and to build up long-term customer relationship;
  • Monitor and analyze the applicable market areas to identify key focus areas
  • Monitor and analyze the activity of competitors and other changes on the market that may affect the company's market position and growth strategy;
  • Executes sales strategies and marketing concepts for new products and technologies on customer level in the territory;
  • Acquire new business as specified in the target agreements/budgets (sales plan);
  • Evaluate and stabilize the present status of the local food scheme;
  • Regular visits of relevant fairs;
  • Regular visits to customers for ensuring the quality of services;
  • Negotiation of prices according to internal framework;
  • Preparation and finalization of sales contracts;
  • Accountable to achieve budget.

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of industry experience in sales of dairy ingredients;
  • French and English language are required;
  • Strong sales knowledge with proven track record;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Food Technology or similar;
  • Basic know-how of functionality of food ingredients;
  • Very customer oriented;
  • Excellent verbal and written negotiation and communication skills;
  • Highly motivated, open to learn;
  • A passion for driving results, flexible and customer oriented;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel (national).
