Gain understanding of optimal trade execution at account level, with insight into promotional stacking and influence of competitive trade promotions in relation to the Beverage business. Align against assigned accounts to gain detailed trade promotion knowledge at the account level to help Team manage optimal trade execution across identified top accounts.
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Complete (accurate, thorough and timely) post promotion analysis of all events on a weekly basis. Ability to make adjustments at account level as plan is executed - to adjust for any volume shortfalls or inefficiencies identified in trade plan and allow Team to understand net effects across all top accounts.
•Evaluate promotions effectiveness from both a sales/lift perspective as well as trade cost/ROI perspective.
•Monitor display and promotional pricing compliance. Understand account display ACV to maximize performance and effectiveness of trade spend.
•Monitor quality of promotion ' are we getting what we're paying for? (ie. > or = competition) net effects of promotional stacking. Understand effects of competitive trade promotions and build competitive promotional indices at account level ' who to promote Nestle brands with, if at all. •Act as communication point for plan changes and updates. Complete accurate analysis of proposed changes and obtain team approval. Provide timely and accurate visibility to volume and spending and insure that all parties are 'bought into the plan'.
•Provide feedback to customers and brand teams on issues, i.e. diverting or non-compliance.
•Provide recommendations, based on promotional analysis and customer trends, on updates to customer's promotional plans.
•Monthly reporting to customer and brand teams on promotional activity and performance. Provide insights on promotional or customer trends.
•Annual Planning and Monthly Forecasting
•Support account Team in annual planning
•Manage and organize account data
•Provide Customer recommendations and insights
•Ability to manage account data in relation to total trade planning and investment across all top accounts.
•Create zero-based, volume builds with monthly updates (actuals plus revised forecasts). Provide timely and accurate visibility to volume.
•Become customer expert and document historic info. Create long-term account learning and continuity to assist Team in managing TTS and optimal trade promotions across all top accounts.
•Maintain top customer promotional plans throughout the year with an accurate promotional calendar and consumption forecast for assigned accounts.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
•Bachelor's degree required, Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
•Minimum two-year PC software exposure including spreadsheet databases and graphics.
•Utilize Nielsen data to manage/monitor approved optimal plans across top accounts on a weekly bases. Compare actual baseline and incremental sales versus projected volumes built into accounts plans with an understanding of executional influences to maximize volume and ROI. Rely on ADVIEW ' ad tracking software to monitor ad execution and compliance with an understanding of competitive influences and promotional stacking factors.

•Candidate must have very strong computer skills.
•Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office programs.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Detail-oriented team player with ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
