At Barry Callebaut the sales and marketing functions are essential to drive the success of our business. In this endeavor our team within sales and marketing plays a key role.

Depending on your skills and experience you may become involved in a variety of challenging activities. From creating effective sales materials, co-branding, organizing B2B events or ensuring that Barry Callebaut makes an impact at trade exhibitions.

The Graduate Trainee Program will include assignments at our sites and lie within the scope of Sales & Marketing giving you the opportunity to become a specialist within this area.

Yourfuture@BC is a two-year program, which enables graduates to start their successful career at Barry Callebaut. The program starts each year in September and is launched in countries of strategic importance to Barry Callebaut. Bright young talents like you are given a global perspective and the opportunity to gain deep expertise in a chosen area of specialization.
