Description
Barry Callebaut Group Finance includes corporate, regional and local departments and a diverse pool of specialists who fulfill our needs in the area of finance. Managing Barry Callebaut's liquidity, net working capital, foreign currency and interest management, as well as assuring that global tax regulations are respected are all mastered within this group.Our financial team is responsible for constantly assessing our performance, analyzing strategic issues providing consolidated financial statements for all Barry Callebaut's divisions and guiding our budgeting processes. This area also includes the team in charge of Controlling, Group Treasury, Tax and Risk Management.

 

At Barry Callebaut, our Finance colleagues perform a wide range of exciting activities across the Globe: Financial Accounting, Planning and Analysis, commodity and FX risk management, treasury and cash management, investor relations, merger & acquisitions, etc. We are looking for the next generation of finance talents capable of preparing relevant financial analyses in a complex and volatile environment and providing the Business with meaningful and impactful recommendations.

 

We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and modeling skills, capable of distinguishing the essential parameters out of complex details, combined a hands-on mentality and the ability to handle various internal stakeholders from many different functional and hierarchical levels with respect and humility.

 

The 2-year Graduate Trainee Program “Finance” offers a unique opportunity to understand financial planning and analysis from different standpoints: From our finance shared service center to the global headquarters, via a regional / business unit experience.*
