Coca-Cola Foodservice (restaurants and on premise consumption) organization is in a unique position to drive company's total beverage strategy, through a development of a comprehensive Insights to Program approach for the foodservice business and our foodservice customers.

The Senior Manager of Foodservice Strategy will be accountable for developing, testing and delivering insights-based ideas (channel occasion focus) to customer teams/customers to drive Foodservice business in the US:

  • Develop and commercialize a new Insights to Programs process that allows a consistent and data driven approach to identifying opportunities for Foodservice customers

  • Based on priorities set by Foodservice leadership, develop insights-based opportunity stories applicable to a range of Foodservice customers

  • Create and facilitate ideation workshops internally and with customer teams/customers to convert insights to business driving ideas

  • Run activities/pilots to test new ideas in the market

  • Feed ideas to cross functional teams for marketing program and tool development

  • Become an SME on annual priority topics and support customer teams in SME capacity (estimated 30% of the time)

  • Drive initiatives to enhance business’ capabilities to drive innovation and act on business driving opportunities (eg, National Sale Meeting sessions, etc.)


Minimum of 1 year of KO Foodservice marketing experience, preferably in a customer facing role

Bachelor or higher degree in business, marketing or analytics

5 years of experience in consumer oriented industries, eg CPG, retail, telecom, credit cards, etc or same in consulting

A mix of analytical, project management and story-telling experiences.

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • CPG / Food & Beverage / Foodservice industry experience

  • Advanced strategic thinking, including framing of issues and solutions and developing path to implementation

  • Strategic and business planning, inclusive of corporate and customer needs/considerations

  • Analytics, eg, market and customer research, financials, customer & sales team feedback

  • Ability to prioritize the highest leverage opportunities

  • Ability to collaborate with brand/category teams and other key internal/external stakeholders; effectively influencing a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Effective communication & building relationships at all organizational levels

  • Proven track record for delivering sustainable results
