The B2B Trade Marketing Manager is accountable for the development and activation of the Nespresso Trade Marketing Activation Plan across the entire B2B Sales channel. This position is responsible for merging consumer, brand, and trade insights to provide strategic and tactical programming and tools for the B2B Sales division.


  • Lead the development and activation of turn-key plans, guidelines, programs and tools for B2B Sales and Distributor Partnerships both nationally and locally

  • Manage and drive execution of the annual trade marketing calendar comprised of local and national consumer facing programs

  • Monitor and maintain Nespresso's Brand standards and the B2B ‘look & feel' across all points of contact with the customer including, but not limited to point-of-sale (POS), presentations, programming, tradeshows, and industry events.

  • Assist in the creation of sales tools to support trade strategies and channel priorities that include: POS, sales sheets, ‘how-to-sell-to' guides, sales presentations, business reviews, new product launch materials, while monitoring and managing inventories, fulfillment, and related processes.

  • Track and report out on all B2B related CRM activities to feed insight and ROI analysis into programming created for the Sales team.

  • Manage and deliver ROI tracking for all B2B Trade Marketing programming, events, and sponsorships

  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively to leverage their areas of expertise and extend the reach of B2B TM team

  • Manage the tracking and processes of vendor partnerships ensuring alignment and On-Time In Full (OTIF) delivery of all programming and materials


  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5 years  experience working within the Consumer/Trade Marketing field required

  • CPG organizational experience preferred

  • Previous people management experience required

  • Experience working within a fast paced, high pressure environment

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Effective organizational and planning skills

  • Strong communication skills, both speaking and written

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
