Nestlé Nutrition is seeking two Senior Marketing and New Business Project Managers to join its team in San Francisco, CA and Florham Park, NJ office.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director, New Business Commercialization the primary responsibility for the Senior Marketing and New Business Project Manager is to be the marketing and business project manager and liaison between Nourish team and the greater Nestle to identify, create and execute on synergies between the Nourish Digital Health Platform and lead the business design and implementation of Nourish.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for synergies between Nestle, external partners and Nourish
• Provide link between Nestle business and Nourish project team.
• Lead the Brand Consumer Insight Generation for Nourish
• Lead development of concept, business model, and go to market strategy (within the broader Nourish ecosystem) that can be brought to market.
• Lead the Brand Consumer Insight Generation for Nourish
• Work across teams to identify pipeline (for Nourish) of products to bring idea to life.
• Understand Nourish Technology backbone to identify linkage opportunities to the existing and future business, within Nestle, external partners, startups.
• Work with Nourish Team in designing Pilot, Business Case and Digital Go - To - Market Strategies

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree in Businesses, Marketing and /or Entrepreneurship preferred

EXPERIENCE:


• 7 years of Marketing experience, with 5 years of Project Management experience
• PMP certification and/or Account Management highly preferred
• Solid background in Strategic and Operational Marketing, Brand and understanding Sales
• HealthCare and/or FMCG Industry
• Experience at the USA Market
• Direct experience in International roles (used to work with much independency)
• Good understanding and experience on Innovation, Consumer insights
• New Business/Product creation/launch
• Competencies in Digital Activation, e-commerce, technology and Digital Health Platforms
• Basic understanding of Finance
• Travel up to 20 - 30%

SKILLS:


• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of making sound judgments backed by strong analytical skills, in commercializing new businesses or products.
• Experience analyzing consumer research, syndicated data and trends, and synthesizing these insights into compelling product/business propositions
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively inspire and influence an extended organization
